Conditions of Adoption
- Adopter shall provide proper food, water, shelter, and veterinary care for this cat at all times.

- BARKS shall have the right to remove this cat from the adopter’s property if not satisfied with the conditions concerning the safety and wellbeing of the cat.

- If circumstances make it impossible to keep this cat, the adopter shall not abandon it or give it away, but return it in a healthy condition at no cost to BARKS.

- The adopter shall obtain any required licenses or tags from the municipality in which the adopter is a resident.
