Gift cards come in two varieties:

- Cafe gift cards for in-store purchases (purchases for food and prepared beverages from a physical restaurant including food orders on-line)

- Digital e-gift cards (for loose tea and merch ordered on our website - excluding food. Shipped via USPS or UPS)

It is important you know what type of gift card you have. If it's a plastic gift card, then that is is a Cafe gift card. If it is a digital code you received via e-mail or on a print out then it's a digitial gift card.

You need to use the appropriate gift card for the type of purchase you wish to make. If you have a plastic gift card, then you cannot use that to purchase bulk tea or merchandise for shipment to your home. If you have a digital gift card, you cannot visit a restaurant or order food on-line for pick up or delivery.

We offer the ability to convert the gift card from one form to another. Once this is done, this process is NON-REVERSABLE.
