For larger orders (where we prepare 150 or more servings for you), we offer a free cake testing/consultation with one of our event coordinators. Requests to meet with Max himself will be considered, however due to the demand for his time, not all who ask will be able to meet with him. This decision will be based strictly at Max's discretion. However, we have a highly skilled team that is glad to make your day a special one! Also, we ask that a Testing be requested at least 2 months (preferably 6 months) BEFORE your EVENT! This allows us time to schedule, discuss, sketch, taste, review & lock in your cake.

How many Guests can I expect at your Cake Testing? Due to COVID restrictions, we can only host UP to 2 people (no children, please)*
Please note: The more info you provide the better the estimate we can deliver. Also, we require at least 10 days advanced notice for any cake requiring a DECOPAC (i.e. Batman Figurines, The Little Mermaid pack, etc.), 2 months for any Wedding Cake serving over 75, and 3 days for all other cakes. Special arrangements can be agreed upon, but at the sole discretion of Max's Cookie Company, Inc.

On average, only about 75% of guests will eat cake, but you NEVER want to risk running out! Also, keep in mind that whenever you offer a mini dessert bar, guests will tend to take more than they will eat. FYI, when you are considering quantities.

Understand when you are budgeting for a wedding, the average cost per guest can range from $2-3 for simple cakes, up to $7-8+ for elaborate cakes (the kind you see on Pinterest)
Delivery or Carry Out*
Delivery is always recommended, since we are experts, however it does come at a cost. You can consider picking up the cake yourself to eliminate this fee, however all liability is on you once you leave the bakery.
