Terms & Conditions of Cancellation
1. Refunds are not available for unused prepaid periods of service unless first approved by our accounts department. Please contact accounts@webvault.com.au if you would like a refund.
2. Service cancellations require at least 7 working days notice and removal of your services from our network are subject to staff availability. Metro Ethernet/Fibre services require a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellation.
3. Early cancellation of services still under contract will attract an early termination fee payable within 21 days from the effective date of cancellation.
