1. Service address relocations or speed changes do NOT affect the current contract period remaining (if applicable) for this service.2. A one-time relocation and/or speed change fee will be applied to your account for these service changes as specified in this application or as quoted by Webvault.3. All service changes are subject to a site qualification after the order is submitted, which will include a check on the availability of copper wires, fibre cores or ports at the telephone exchange .4. The relocation of a service to a new address is not always possible and is dependent on available coverage areas for each type of service.5. Service speed changes or relocations can sometimes result in an outage of your existing service while changes are being applied. Webvault takes no responsibility for any loss resulting from any outage of your service whatsoever.6. Where your services speed has been increased an additional monthly service charge will apply for that service upgrade as quoted by Webvault as is payable from the date the service is upgraded.7. Existing service speeds cannot be downgraded when still under a current contract period.
