  • Status Update from COVID-19: We are open for business and definitely able to meet every need your project may have.  However, please note that we’re experiencing a significantly increased demand and the anticipated turn time for rebuilt or restored parts is 6-8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.

    Good news is we are doing everything possible to ship your finished parts back to you much faster than that and will reach out to you as we near completion of your project.

     

    Instructions for sending us your parts:

    Step 1. FIRST - Please call (813) 259-7765 to speak with a customer service representative so we can guide you through the restoration process and understand your project. 

    Step 2. Complete the form below.

  • Final Instructions for sending your part for restoration:

    Step 3. Once you click the "Submit" button, you will receive an email with a copy of this completed form. 

    Step 4. Make sure to seal all parts to keep oil & lubricants inside the part(s), as these can weaken the package and carriers will not cover such claims.

    Step 5. Package your parts carefully and Include a copy of THIS FORM in each package.

    Step 6. Write your RF number on the outside of each box.

    Step 7. When shipping your parts to us, be sure to insure your package in the event of loss or shipping damage, and send to:

    Upon delivery of your shipment to our Tampa, Florida facility, your part(s) will be unpackaged, photographed and evaluated, followed by notification via email with a copy of the estimate for your review in 3 days. 

    Work and estimated ship dates are established once the estimate has been approved and a 50% deposit is secured.
