Introducing our Wedding Content Day 2024

Shannon Avila Photography and Jaymee Anne Photography along with our Vendor host, Tanni from Alchemy Bridal Co. will be hosting a wedding content day at Bianca by Spark Studios in Barrie on February 16 from 10-3pm.

This is a styled wedding content creating day for photographers who want to update their portfolio and social media as well as creating content for the incredible vendors that will be contributing to make the setup and props that will be included. It's going to be fun and fast paced but, don't worry, we'll have more then enough time to get all the content, stop to chat and have a light lunch!

This is a great opportunity to meet new photographers, network within the wedding industry and make some new friends. Come on out and update that portfolio or start a new one!

We will have 3-4 bride models, a groom and upto 3-4 bridesmaids. We will also be photographing details and a mock ceremony as well. We will be alternating models. 

All attendees will have the chance to shoot and pose the models. The goal is for all attendees to capture a variety of images for their portfolio.

PRICING INFORMATION & STRUCTURE:

This will be a half day event from 10am to 3pm on February 16th, at 
Spark Studios/Biance by Spark Studios.

The cost is $250 taxes and lunch, drinks and snacks included.

Terms and Details

• Booking is on a first come first serve basis.
  Your fee must be paid in full to secure a spot. You will receive a confirmation once payment has been received.
  
  
• If for any reason we need to reschedule, you will have the option of attending the new date or getting your money back.
  
  
• If you are unable to attend for any reason prior to 48 hours, we will refund you 50% of your fee or you can transfer your spot to another photographer.
  If you need to cancel within 48 hours or less you have the option to transfer your spot to another photographer.
  
  
• You must commit to sharing your images with the vendors. A list will be provided to you on the day of as well as posted in our instagram group chat.
  
  
• Once we have received this form we will contact you via email to secure and confirm your spot. Three days prior to the event we will be sending an Itinerary with an outline of the day and what to bring with you. 
  
  
• Thank you to all who want to attend. If you submit and we have already reached our max spots sold, we will add you to our cancellation list and reach out if a spot becomes available.
