(We will have the cutest live baby animals and although they may be harmless in nature, we cannot be held responsible if one decides to peck or nibble. We have never had any issues in the past and we will do our best to prevent it. This is just a precaution. =)

We thought you should know.

We are collaborating with and supporting our local Long Island Farms to bring you an exceptional and joyful experience! These sweet animals are used for their farming purposes, as well as birthday parties and petting zoos for children in the community. Our chicks and ducklings will enjoy their "5 star" stay with us during our Easter session dates. They are given the proper care and attention with their necessary heat lamps, fresh food and water daily along with fresh dry bedding and lots of love from our family members. Ducklings enjoy fresh water baths in our tub and get to swim each day. After our sessions the chicks and ducklings are donated to a local farm where they will live out the remainder of their life, happy and healthy! This is a magical experience for all and we want to thank you for helping support our Long Island farms. Thank you for choosing Trisha Jo Photography!

Safety First.

Due to the safety of our animals and children: Infants, toddlers and/or children whom are unable to follow instruction will not be permitted to handle baby animals directly. This is because they do not understand the proper technique in which these animals need to be safely handled. Infants and toddlers unknowningly squeeze, hold upside down and/or put baby animals in their mouth, handling them like toys. The result of these actions could end up in sickness of your child and/or possible injuries/death of our baby animals. Therefore, we must prevent these circumstances at all costs. That being said, with guidance from the farm owners, photographer and parents the younger children may enjoy their experience by petting the baby animals intermittenly between shots. Baby animals may be placed in laps (pending age appropriate children and to the farm owner/photographer's discretion), in baskets or run freely on the photo set (animals will be placed accordingly). Hand sanitizer will be available and is strongly recommended after your session. 

By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with and/or activities and events organized by Sage Productions DBA Trisha Jo Photography. 

I understand and confirm that by digitally signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law.
