Sign-up # of children coming one week prior to meeting, in order to allow us to provide adequate number of babysitters.
Late sign ups (less than one week prior to the meeting) will be charged $6, instead of $5.

Babysitting fee includes Bonkers entry cost for child. Upon arrival, please tell Bonkers staff you are there for the Leader Meeting.
All children ages 3+ attending with parents going to the Leader Meeting MUST be included in the babysitting program.
Please plan accordingly.
This is the requirement from Council allowing us to offer babysitting services at our meetings and helps limit interruptions during the meeting.
