We know buying a home can be a stressful time for you, and our goal is to eliminate that stress, not add to it. And we know the mortgage business can be stressful for Loan Originators, so our job as a company is not to add to it, but give support and help handle the obstacles that may pop up. BirdRock Funding is truly a different kind of company and we will demonstrate that every day.

Having started in the mortgage industry, during the first real estate meltdown in the early 1990s (my early 20s) as a loan originator, and spending an additional 5.5 years as a retail loan originator, I know the difficulty in the industry, for loan originators. as well as, clients.

Our Loan Originators originate. They do not process loans so they have time to focus on making you happy. This makes them happy and like the old saying "happy wife happy life," Happy Team, Happy Clients. Our processors are hired based on their customer service ability, so they are happy to work with you to collect documents and handle loan conditions. And of course, our underwriters underwrite and don’t expect perfect files, just complete ones.  Everyone does what they were originally in the business to do; What a concept!  And we have added Marketing Associates provide marketing support to our Loan Originators so they’re not wasting time making cold calls, printing out mailers or managing email blasts. 

To top it off, to make sure all these people are happy, we pay them the highest in the industry allowing us to hire only the best, which again should be best at making you happy and keep you smiling. What a Concept!
