Parking lot towing service is handled by the company on the signage as you enter the parking area(s). If you need to contact them, Please use the phone number on the signage. NOTE also for new clients: please rememeber its your responsibility to contact the tow company to be sure you get your sticker.
TO AVOID BEING TOWED:
Be sure to place parking sticker in side drivers side windshield near inspection sticker (any other location VOIDS the parking pass and is of no value to tenant)
THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT and received by Tow Company (please call them after 24 hours to be sure they have your submission 940-566-7002) And then you can ask them if you can pick it up from them. They can at times be very busy. Be dilligent to be sure you get your sticker prior to occupancy so you have a great experience.
REMEMBER: This must be reapplied for EVERY year (on August 1st of every year) As the passes expire on July 31st of each year, which will expose your vehicle to being towed even if all else is correct for your file. You "must" renew and affix a new parking pass once yours passes July 31'st of any year (even if you have only had the pass for a short period of time) or you will be towed. It is your responsibility to keep your parking pass up to date and legal.
Your new parking pass is not "valid" until this registration is complete and your information is "tied" to your parking pass code. Without a valid lease, a properly affixed park pass, parking in the correct location and this registration, you will be subject to towing at your expense. Note, anyone that does not have a valid lease cannot sign up for and/or receive a parking pass.
It is the tenant's responsibility to be sure at all times their parking pass and the vehicle they are parking, along with all other requirements be complete and in place, management accepts no liability in connection with your parking and parking pass items.
After lease expiration. A tenant that is no longer a legal tenant looses their oportunity to park on the private property, with or without a parking pass, you can and will be towed. You will be liable for a minimum of $45 in storage fees on a daily basis for anything left on the premisies and or at the tow yard.
The 3rd party tow company patrols the lots to protect your assigned spot. Any unregistered, invalid, unapproved window sticker is worthless and will not protect you from being towed.
We want you to have a comfortable parking spot for your own vehicle. There is only ONE free pass per legal lease client, total allowed passes will be outlined in your lease or management rules sheet. ANY REPLACEMENT pass, if authorized, is $35.00 minimum reguardless of the circumstances.
If your pass is used on any OTHER vehicle, even if owned by you (i.e. description and license plate do not match file), or if you are in violation or your pass is not in the right location on your car, or the car is in the wrong parking spot: the car can be towed EVEN IF you are a legal resident. You will be financially responsible.
Dont share passes. The parking pass is ONLY valid for current leasehold residents approved by landlord with fully executed lease and the pass matches all parameters of compliance. Management and owner group shall not be liable for towed vehicles. Texas laws apply.
The Towing Company Is Texas Impound @ 940-566-7002 for direct questions and or towed vehicle information. You might even ask to go to their office to pick up your permits so there is no delay for you. We are out of the information stream as far as your aquisition of your pass from the tow company, so be sure you interact with them and be proactive to be sure you have your sticker prior to moving in.
