The Builder's name is acceptable in the Remarks field.
Zillows URL link is acceptable in the Virtual Tour URL & Video URL field.
Short Sale listings must be clearly identified by indicating "short sale" as the first words of the remarks.
The REALTOR.com Remarks & URLs will be REJECTED without notice if you include any of the following:
a. Contact, personal, or professional information about the Seller.
e. Vendor or third party service provider information.
f. Owner(s) of record name or contact information.
g. Showing Instructions.
h. Open House Information.
i. Inappropriate information or language.
j. ANY HUD/ADA/Law/MLS/REALTOR.com violations
k. Loan Information that does not comply with Regulation Z
l. Any words or abbreviations meaning FSBO, For Sale By Owner, Etc.
m. Commission info
