    Welcome to Tampa Sports Authority’s Vendor Registration process. This registration will quickly allow you to get a register with TSA to receive business opportunities issued by the TSA. Please be aware that while the TSA provides electronic bid notices to registered vendors, it remains the responsibility of the supplier to check the Purchasing Division’s website for solicitation opportunities and instructions. 

    Prior to starting the registration, please make sure to have the following information available:

    • Organization's Taxpayer ID Number (TIN)
    • Business Type (Corporation, LLC, Sole Proprietorship, etc.)
    • Email Address
    • Completed Internal Revenue Service W-9 Form

    Registration is a multi-step process with the opportunity to complete the following information:

    • Organization Information
    • Organization Contact Information
    • Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Designation 
    • Veteran-Owned Business Designation
    • Small Business Designation
    • NIGP Commodity/Service Code Selection
    • Affiliations with County Employees
