You must receive approval from MPFS before any advertising can be done. 

Ad Request turnaround time is 7 business days once all requested info is submitted.

If utilizing an outside vendor for design or print, please ensure your vendor has an Intellectual Property Agreement on file with MPFS. The Intellectual Property Agreement can be found here. Please have your vendor complete in a timely manner. 

All required information on this form must be completed for MPFS to consider your request. All marketing pieces MUST have both the Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop Logo as well as the web address (www.MrPickles.com) on them. 

Failure to have the APPROVED Advertising Request form on site will result in a Default Notice and fees, if unauthorized advertising is found to be in use.
