Farm Credit Illinois Candidate Interest Form

To be eligible to serve as a 2025 Nominating Committee member, prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be a sole or joint owner of Farm Credit Illinois voting stock.
NOT have been a Director or employee of any Farm Credit System institution since December 17, 2023 (within the previous two years from the 2025 election date) or be a Director candidate during the same election as being a candidate for the Nominating Committee.
NOT be involved in any official capacity with another financial institution which is authorized to make the same type of loans and services that are available through Farm Credit Illinois.
NOT have a Farm Credit Illinois loan classified as "Substandard," "Doubtful," or "Loss".
NOT have served on the Farm Credit Illinois Nominating Committee as either a member or alternate consecutively for the four previous years (2022-2025).

To be eligible to serve as a Director, prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be involved in a farming operation and reside within the 60-county chartered territory of the Association.
Be a sole or joint owner of Farm Credit Illinois voting stock.
Have been born after December 17, 1960 (having not reached their 65th birthday by the 2025 election date, at which time all ballots will be counted by the Tellers Committee, scheduled for December 17, 2025).
NOT have been employed by any Farm Credit System institution since December 17, 2025 (within the previous two years from the 2025 election date scheduled).
NOT be a Director of any other Farm Credit System institution.
NOT be involved in any official capacity with another business or entity actively engaged in making loans or offering services which materially compete with Farm Credit Illinois.
NOT have a have a Farm Credit Illinois loan classified as "Substandard," "Doubtful," or "Loss".
NOT have attended a meeting as a member of the Nominating Committee in the same election cycle.
