Dog Adoption Application

Below are initial requirements before filling out the Application: Please read carefully!
- Please complete the application from a computer or laptop. Kindly allow for 5-7 business days for us to review your application. If you don't hear from us within that time, we suggest checking your spam folder just in case our email was redirected there.
- To apply for adoption, YOU MUST BE at least 21 years of age and the homeowner or renter.
- Households with children aged 8 years or younger are required to have a physical fence attached to the home for safety reasons. Invisible fences are permitted only for households with children over 8 years old and are suitable for dogs that are at least 6 months old. Please note that some dogs may still require a physical fence for their safety.
- IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME DOG OWNER, and you have children 5 or younger, your application will only be considered for dogs over one year old.
- ALL PETS IN THE HOUSEHOLD past and present must be spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and have veterinary records listed under the applicant's name. In accordance with state law, both indoor and outdoor cats must be current on their rabies vacinnation. Before completing this application, please contact your veterinarian to confirm your pets' vaccination status and authorize the release of their medical records to us.
- We welcome applications from senior candidates, and we will carefully consider each applicant for a dog whose size and energy are a good match. Please note that in many cases, a fenced yard may be required to ensure the dog's safety and comfort.
- Kindly note that we may choose not to proceed with an adoption if the information provided in the application is incomplete or in accurate. We appreciate your understanding and honesty throughout the process.
Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue is a 501c3 Organization. Non-refundable adoption donations are as follows, which includes microchipping and a martingale collar: (All donations are tax deductible)
- Dogs: Cash $395.00 (credit/debit card $420.00)
- Puppies: Cash $425.00 (credit/debit card $450.00) there is also a $75 deposit required; refundable after proof of spay/neutering.
- Purebred, designer breed and XL dogs: Cash $450.00 (credit/debit card $475.00)
