  • POST-EVENT CLEANUP CHECK LIST

  • After your event you will need to ensure that the space is left in good condition. In submitting this form you will be agreeing to the following.

    1. Clean tables and chairs to remove any food or spills.
    2. Put away tables and chairs unless they are a part of the normal function of that space, then reset the room per diagrams (see #8).
    3. Clean all surfaces, such as kitchen counter tops, etc.
    4. Remove all personal items and any decorations you used for the event.
    5. Collect all trash and dispose of it in dumpster.
    6. Sweep and mop floor, or vacuum, depending on floor surface.
    7. Thoroughly clean bathrooms to ensure they are ready for the next service time. (Sinks, toilets, floors, remove garbage, replace garbage bag, etc.)
    8. Return all furnishings to their placement for normal use. Refer to room diagram.
    9. Contact Sis. Melanie Cole to arrange for access to cleaning supplies.
    10. Make sure that ALL lights and A/C are turned off (even in spaces you may not have used) and that hall and exterior doors are locked.

The Wednesday before your event you will need to meet with Sis. Toney for a walk through of the space you are requesting. Contact her to schedule this.
