Delegation Fundraising Event Request

The Delegation Fundraising Event Request form is designed to ensure the consistency and quality of fundraising events being conducted on behalf of Special Olympics Utah (SOUT). We appreciate your work on behalf of SOUT and are pleased to work with you to develop successful fundraising events throughout the state. All fundraising events, regardless of size, MUST be approved by a SOUT staff member. Please submit this request 30 days prior to the event. Additionally, our staff is working with companies across the state to build and develop state-wide partnerships to benefit our athletes. Therefore, we must review the list of prospective sponsors prior to your ask to ensure there is no overlap that will inhibit our efforts or yours.
