  • Terms of Service

    1. Kiyo Pi reserves the right to decline any commission inquiries at anytime. Suggestions may be made to accommodate a commission request via PM, note or e-mail.

    2. The only form of payment accepted are verified PAYPAL, USD currency payments. If the commissioner does not have verified PAYPAL account please send Kiyo Pi a personal message or e-mail, and other arrangements for payment may be made.

    3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Kiyo Pi will request approval on several preliminary steps of the commission process to ensure the buyers satisfaction. Once a commission is melted, the buyer may accrue new perler project fees if a change or edit request is made after a melt is completed. No refunds will be given after a beads have been set.

    4. Payment MUST be received prior to the sketch or pixel work being approved by the commissioner. If payment hasn't been received before sketch or pixel work is approved, the work will not continue until full payment has been received.

    5. If a larger commission is requested and the commissioner is unable to pay the full amount at one time, Kiyo Pi has a LayAway commission service available upon request. Incremental payments may be made to save your place in line, however, the commissioner will remain "next in line" until full payment has been received.

    6. Commissions will be completed within 1 to 2 months after sketch / pixel work approval for perler art. Most work is completed in 2 to 5 days once first step is approved, however, there are circumstances that may change this common time frame. If I am unable to complete work with in 2 months time the option for a FULL refund will be offered for paid commissions. Before any approvals are made or estimated dates are given different scenarios may occur that would halt the commission process and possibly close commissions for a short period of time (family emergencies, medical issues, etc.). If this happens Kiyo Pi will honor a refund request of payments already received on pending commissions ONLY if work performed on said commissions has yet to occur.

    7. All transactions will transpire in English and all business communications will also be conducted in this language. Kiyo Pi will never turn away a prospective client, however if the parties involved are unable to communicate in a clear and concise manner, Kiyo Pi will have to end the commission process.

    8. Kiyo Pi is open to creating almost anything, however some additional fees may apply for some more extreme fetish or obscure projects. If the commissioners fetish is NOT listed below, please contact Toradoshi with details of the fetish and an estimate will be given if the fetish is something Toradoshi is willing to commission.

    Fetishes that will accrue additional fees: Watersports, Scat, Egg-laying, Tentacle/Tentacle Rape, Extreme Hyper, etc.

    Not approved fetishes: Adult situational Babyfur (Clean and tame babyfur is fine) Kids or teen looking avatars in adult situations. No exceptions.

    9. At any point in the commissioning process the commissioner may upload the commission to their gallery or website as long as Kiyo Pi Perler/Toradoshi signature remains on the commission and the commission is linked back to the gallery at: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kiyoantifox/

    10. Commissions may not be used for personal or  monetary gain in any way, shape or form. All rights to original art work remain solely as property of Kiyo Pi Perler, the commissioner may not claim credit for Kiyo Pi’s works at anytime, for any reason.

    11. Commissioners claim full responsibility for any feedback their completed commission request may cause. Kiyo Pi is not responsible for any situations that may occur with family, friends or loved ones because of a commission request.

    12. If you do cancel your commission during the sketch phase(s), Kiyo Pi has the right to edit and resell the sketch or commission idea. If you have made a payment on the commission and would still want to cancel, you can either get a partial refund or a full refund. Partial refund would only pay for the sketch, you’d be refunded the rest. You will also be able to keep the sketch. If refunded in full, you lose rights to the sketch and ANY completed work on the commission. Commission will be edited and resold to a potential buyer.

  • When choosing References:

    1. Clear Reference! Having a clear reference helps greatly. Especially if the reference has text on it. Also, no fancy text as some text is hard for me to read. Please, if you can, don't use Second Life screenshots as your reference. Those can be hard to figure out/see for markings.

    2. Have different views like front, back, side. All of these views not required but is greatly helpful! If you have a specific marking that you don't want me to forget or get wrong, that would count for this too. If you have more than 4 references, you can link them in the text box above.

  • Please be sure that, if you are getting a commission with someone else, that they don't mind and want to be part of the commission!

    I am no longer taking "private" commissions.

    All commissions will be posted into my main gallery and, if rated PG, will be uploaded to my sites at FurAffinity, Weasyl, Inkbunny, DeviantArt, SoFurry, Tumblr, and Facebook.
