Policies and Agreement

The session fee (£95) is a non-refundable and reserves space in my diary for around your due date.

After your session, I will edit 30-50 images; sometimes more, and create an online gallery to allow you to view proofs from your session.

By ticking the box below, you are indicating that you have read my online pricing brochure and are familiar with my pricing structure PRIOR to making a booking. Please note that there is a minimum order of a collection required, collections start at £375 (This does not include the session fee) Additional prints, products, and USB's containing digital files are sold separately as per the price list. In fairness to all my clients, my pricing is non-negotiable.

Pricing is subject to change at any time due to VAT or supplier changes for example. But it is guaranteed as far as is possible for the 4 week ordering period after you see your final images. After 4 weeks prices will be those current at time of ordering.

Newborn sessions take place in my studio, usually commencing 10.am weekday mornings, 6pm week day evenings, or daytime at week ends depending on when your baby arrives. Processing times vary, but as a guide allow 4-6 weeks to create your final set of images, although this is often much sooner.

Your online viewing gallery will be available for 4 weeks after you receive your password to allow you to place and pay for your order within this time.

Preview images will be posted at the discretion of the photographer; usually on our social media channels or blog pages. I will ask your consent separately for this when we discuss your session prior to posing your baby.

Reproduction of images without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing, transmitting, saving, and printing of images are all an infringement of copyright law. USBs containing all images are available and you can purchase a print release, allowing you to make unlimited reprints from the files purchased.

Cameras, phones, and video recording are strictly prohibited at portrait sessions.
Small Prints Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images and retains the right to make reproductions for commercial use, competition use, promotional purposes and any other purpose. You may purchase rights to print unlimited copies of images from USB for personal use.

I will discuss Baby safety with you at the start of your babies session, you will be asked to participate in the session 'spotting' for your baby to ensure their safety at all times.

You agree to hold harmless Donna Gray, at Small Prints Photography from all claims and liability relating to these images.
