If you will be using a catering van, please note that it cannot be connected to the Village Hall electricity supply; a generator will be needed.

Due to our premises license, only alcohol purchased at the bar may be consumed in or around the hall during the period of your booking.

Normal hours for the sale of alcohol during event bookings are 19.30 to 23.00. We allow 30 minutes for you and your guests to consume drinks purchased. The bar staff will collect all glasses at 23.30 and we ask that you and your guests assist by consuming your drinks before the staff start collecting the glasses.

Please be aware that we have two other rooms for hire that may be in use at the same time as your booking, therefore the toilets could be used by other hirers.

The main hall has a separate toilet for the use of those who are booking a children's party.

Additional charges may apply if the bar is requested for children's parties. The Booking Manager will be in contact to confirm this.

Yaxham Football Team play matches at weekends. This will not affect your booking, but the bar will be open and is available for everyone to use.

If you need crockery, cutlery or glasses for your event, please let us have details of what is required so we can ensure everything is available for you.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to remain in the hall until all guests have left (including DJs) and lock up.
