UCL Grand Challenges Impact Reporting Form

In order to ensure your work is recognised and can be promoted within the wider work of Grand Challenges and across UCL, and to develop our funding programmes in future, please complete this short online form. The form is split into 5 sections: Your details; About your project; About your outcomes; Further developments; Reflections.

The form will help us understand what you have achieved, including your project's scholarly and societal impacts. Your feedback will be used in RIGE reports to UCL Council and the Senior Management Team, and the annual Grand Challenges report.

It will also enable your project to be featured as a case study on the GC website, communicated via GC comms, and feed into UCL's Research Impact Curation project, adding to a centralised portfolio of case studies of UCL's excellent research impact. Any publications noted in the impact report will also be featured on the Grand Challenges Science Open collection.

Continuing and improving Grand Challenges funding schemes depends on having evidence of effectiveness, so we appreciate you taking time to fill out the form.
