To be accredited as a Breathworks Teacher you must have done the following:
- From 2024: All elements of Stage 1 (Going Deeper, MFA/B and Developing Teaching Skills)
- Pre-2024 Students: Introductory Teacher Training (TTi) course.
- All necessary reading and meditation diaries
- Supported a MfH or MfS course
- Completed a Mindful Movement Course
- Advanced Teacher Training (TTa) course
- A supervised practice course, which has been passed to the satisfaction of your supervisor and the training team.
- Done a total of 5 days of meditation retreat, either online or in person
