Start Time: 6:30p (rain or shine)

Location: Fremont, California - Niles District

Parade Route: .06 miles – Start at Niles Blvd. and Sullivan Underpass, continue straight on Niles Boulevard ending at J Street.

Anticipated Attendance: 20,000

Parade organizers will approve applicants. Notification of acceptance will be emailed.

Parade entries: Required to be entertaining, creative, and exciting. Participate with a float, push float, band, colorful costumes, uniformed attire, drill, dance team or comical routines, antique or unique vehicles, etc. Think out of the box!

Please read the general parade guidelines. Respond early to be considered for placement in our parade.

As an authorized representative of this organization/business and its participating members, I/we hereby understand and agree to accept the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage which I/we may incur or cause a third party to incur as a result of my/our participation in the Niles Festival of Lights Parade. With this understanding, I/we further agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the City of Fremont, the Niles Merchants Association, and Upbeat Parade Productions LLC, its Boards, its Commissions, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits, and judgments arising from, or in connection with/my successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and any other persons or entity's who/which may have a claim based on my/our personal injuries and/or property damage. I/we further understand and agree that this saves harmless and indemnification shall apply to all facilities that the City of Fremont Niles Merchants and Upbeat Parade Productions, LLC may own and/or control. Furthermore, I/we have read and agree to abide by the Niles Festival of Lights Parade guidelines and rules, as shown in the pages provided and those to be presented with the participant's information package if my unit is accepted.
