  • By checking the box below, I authorize Northpoint Asset Management or Northpoint Real Estate Management to pay net rental proceeds to me using the bank account information provided above. I affirm that I am a signer on the above account and that the account is open and active and is able to receive direct deposits. I understand that if the account information I have provided above is inaccurate or if payments to the above account are rejected by the financial institution, I will be responsible for any returned payment fees that may be charged to Northpoint as a result. I also understand that, although uncommon, some financial institutions may charge a nominal fee for incoming ACH deposits and that I will be responsible for such incoming deposit fees charged to me by my bank, if any. I understand that ACH direct deposits are not instantaneous and that once ACH deposits are ordered by Northpoint, it can take up to 3-4 business days to clear my account. Northpoint ultimately does not and cannot guarantee tenant rent payments. Provided that rents are paid on time, Northpoint makes every reasonable effort to ensure that direct deposited funds are available to Owners' accounts by the 10th of the month (weekends and holidays excepted). It is so agreed.
