                    Additional Hours

                    You may add extra hours here. Most events will last 3-5 hours. Additional hours can also be charged on Credit Cards on the day of. 

                    Idle Hours

                    Idle time is for when you want the photo booth to be loaded in early. This is great for when you are having long events where you won't need the booth until later. This prevents guests from seeing the behind the scenes setup of the booth. It just allows for a cleaner look! 

                    Custom Background

                    To keep the lowest cost for our rental, we do not offer background. We take the advantage of using your venue's beautiful wall or decorations. It is FREE of charge if you decide to design and make a background on your own. Please make sure it is hangable and at lease 9'-High and 6'-Wide.

                    Unlimited Double 4x6 Printing

                    Want something tangle for your guests to take home? This option allows either two 4x6 or four 2x6 prints for every group of pictures taken. Our printers are high-quality dye sublimation printers. Every photo is smudge free and only prints out in 10 seconds.

                    Scrapbook Package

                    This option will include a guestbook and set of markers for your guests to leave a picture and a personal message.

                  • Step 3: Terms and Conditions:

                  • 1. Purpose: The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as "client", agree that Yo! Photo Booth, known as "Provider", will provide photo booth services to the best of his abilities, in the manner described in this document. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement.

                    2. Service Period: Pursuant to the responsibilities of the client, provider agrees to have a photo booth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth.

                    3. Retainer and Payment: A retained of the full amount of booking is due upon signing of contract. Client is liable for any overage in time at the cost of $200/hr, which will be billed in half hour increments. Client agrees that in addition to any and all other legal rights and remedies Provider may have, Client will pay a $50 fee for any and all returned checks which Client may write to Provider as payment for services.

                    4. Sixty Days Refund: If the client wishes to cancel the booking sixty days before the event date, then the client is eligible for a full refund. An e-mail notification must be sent to hello@yophotobooth.com sixty days before the event. The full amount will be credited back onto the client's account where he/she paid the deposit on.

                    5. Changes and Cancellations: Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, time, or location, deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than sixty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.

                    6. Parking: Client shall provide parking for Provider’s vehicle or trailer while at Client’s Event.

                    7. Access, Space, and Power for Photo Booth: Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at Client’s venue. Space must be level, solid, and at least 8' by 8' by 8’. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure access is possible. Photo Booth may be placed in an exterior location, or provided it is protected from weather. Client is responsible for providing power to the Photo Booth (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet).

                    8. Releases: This contract serves as a model release giving the Provider the right to use the photographs in all forms and all media in all manners, including but not limited to his blog and portfolio page.

                    9. Hold Harmless: Client hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Provider's Owner and its employees as to any and all injuries and/or accidents of client and guests relating to Photo Booth use and supply of materials/equipment at the time of the event.

                    10. Miscellaneous Terms: In the event the Provider is unable to supply a working Photo Booth for at least 90% of the service period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. If no service is received, Provider’s maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from Client. Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement.

                    11. All Sales are Final: Client understands and agrees that all sales and service fees are final.
