*The C.I.T program is designed for youth 13 years & older and who are
interested in becoming a future counselor and leader. To be a part of this group,
you must be recommended by a pastor, youth leader, etc and be approved
by the director. Your attitude must always be that of a servant and be willing
to be trained. At any time if your behavior does not reflect leadership qualities,
you will be interviewed by the director and you may be dismissed from the program.
As a C.I.T. you will have modified jr. counselor responsibilities which require you to be at camp by 8:45 and cannot leave until 3:15.
