POOL PAVILION RENTAL FORM

The pavilions at Nantucket and Wellfleet are available to rent for picnics, birthday parties and other private social gatherings. Please check the CVRPRA social calendar to see what dates/times are available for rental.

There is a $125 fee to rent the pavilion and have access to the pool. Additionally, there a fee per guest, whether or not they plan to use the pool.

The CVP&RA pool pavilions are located at 2301 Nantucket Pool and 2301 Wellfleet Pool

The hours available for pavilion rental are 12:00-2:00 p.m., 2:30-4:30 p.m. and 5:00-7:00 p.m. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT DATE. RESERVATIONS ARE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

ALL HOSTS AND GUESTS MUST ADHERE TO CVP&RA HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES.

This application is a request, your reservation is not guaranteed. Someone from Brodie Management will be in contact within 72 hours to confirm your requested date/time/location is available and will then arrange for payment to complete their reservation.
