To what level sash are you (or your child) being recommended?

Where do I need to be? The pre-test is on Monday or Tuesday during your regular class. The test is on Wednesday or Thursday during your regular class. The graduation is usually on Friday at Kick Butt Coffee. The specific date and time of the graduation is in your recommendation email.

Anything else? Yes, if you are testing for Gold sash you also must have scheduled your tryout of Black Sash Training. Email Senior Head Instructor Durkin now (nataliedurkin@mastergohring.com) to get on the calendar and fulfill this requirement.

Write a Testimonial Letter describing what you have noticed since your last sash and what you see for your future in your training including:

3 areas that you have improved on since you started our program,
3 areas that you would like to make improvements on,
3 actions that you need to take to create improvements in these areas.
