Confirmation Application

Bishop John Roundhill (Bishop for the Southern Region) will visit Churchie for Confirmation at 7:00pm on Wednesday 17th June 2026.

Churchie students in Year 9 and above are invited to express interest in taking part in the sacrament of Confirmation.

All students in Year 9 have been learning about the Christian faith and confirmation during their ROCK lessons in Term 1. Confirmation is an opportunity for people to make a decision about following the way of Jesus and the Christian faith.

Siblings, from any school, are welcome to be Confirmed with their brothers. A separate form is necessary to add details of each person's baptism. Generally, students should be 15 years or older to be confirmed.

Completing this form does not commit students to following through with being confirmed at this time. Rev'd Sharon will meet with candidates during Term 2, and if students are ready, they will then proceed to be confirmed at the end of the term.
