General Rule for all Facility/Media Requests. Request form must be submitted 3 (three) weeks for large events or 2 (two) weeks for small events prior to the date of the event. This is to insure all work is completed in a timely manner.WHEN YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM YOU WILL RECEIVE A EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR REQUEST. NEXT YOU WILL PRINT OUT YOUR EVENT/FACILITY/MEDIA/GRAPHICS REQUEST FORM FROM YOUR EMAIL AND YOU WILL HAVE THE OVERSEEING MINISTRY LEADER SIGN YOUR COPY. Then you will turn the signed copy into the church office. After the Request Form has been submitted and reviewed your event will be added to the church calendar. Please note: The Senior Pastor has the right to relocate your event. The sooner you turn in your form the better chance the room(s) you need will be available. If you require Media/Graphics we will contact you to schedule a "sit-down" time to discuss the work so we can proceed with an understanding of your Ministries needs.
