- Transcripts will not be issued to any student or alumnus/alumna who has an outstanding financial obligation to Prescott College;

- The Unofficial Transcript summarizes courses, credits and degree(s). Narrative Evaluations contain course descriptions, instructor evaluations and student evaluations;

- Processing time for requests is 14 days;

- A GPA is calculated based on graded courses and NC (no credit) only. If less than 90% of coursework has letter grades, the GPA will not be accurate. Graduate courses do not receive letter grades so GPA is not calculated.
