  • If you have not signed up for this event, follow these steps:

    Step 1:

    Fill out the Wedding Festivals Contract:

    Step 2:

    Once you have signed up, please fill out the below following Participation Form once you have formed your group. It is up to you to reach out to other UBA Members to form a group, UBA does not do this.  

     

    Step 3:

    You will receive an image with your personal coupon code to share on your social media.

    Requirements for Information Avenue:

    A 30” round cocktail table as their information display. This will be arranged around the walls of the ballroom and prefunction. This is where couples can connect with you and your information

  • Vignette Sign up

  • Inspiration Vignettes- 8'X8' Vignettes ("Window Displays") will be the focal point of this event.

    Please do not use Bridal Show booth elements like banners etc in this space.  

    This space is a wedding inspiration produced by you and at least two other UBA Members. High boys will be placed beside each vignette for you to display your marketing materials, but not in the Vignette.

  • Minimum 3 businesses per vignette, 4 or more- 2 spaces will be given. 

    If you participate in multiple groups, your participation for booth space only counts in one space. However we do encourage members participating in as many spaces as they are willing to.

  • To Find Members to share with, go to www.upstatebridalassociation.com.  UBA does not pair up members. UBA only assigns members to vignettes as they are received in this jotform by members.  It is up to members to decide who they want to pair up with and how to display and name their vignette.

    Additional Incentives:

    Participant Members who do the following will be included in the Brides Bags given out at the door:

    1. Post links about the event, on all their Social Media, around once a week, leading up to the event.

    2. Participants will be given free tickets (Digitally and in Print form) to give to their customers. A minimum of 10 registered RSVP’s by the customer on the ticket site is appreciated.

    3. Wedding Festivals Wedding Pros- All registered brides with your coupon code for Veils and Tails does apply to the Free Booth Contest for Wedding Festivals.
