Helpful Hints - Adding Documents to the Vault
Complete the following steps in order to upload client information into the client's Vault.
Step 1: From your client list, select the client that requires data entry.
Step 2: On the Quick Links bar (top left of page), go to Vault.
Step 3: Click New Folder (top right of screen) and name it Data Migration.
Step 4: Once in the folder, click Upload to add applicable files.
NOTE: Include the following information: Client Name, Address, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email Address, Property, Investments, Life Insurance, Salary, Expenses and Liabilities.
