Badge Commission Form

Hello there!!!

This form was meant to cater to commissioners looking to have a convention badge done. A few examples of these badges can be found on my Twitter and Furaffinity sites. I do these in both digital and traditional methods. Each badge is uniquely designed to cater to commissioner's character' design and personal theming and lettering design for the names.

Just to set a few ground rules, make sure that you have read my TERMS OF SERVICES policies, before you submit this form.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
I am currently ony taking PAYPAL or SQUARE CASH at this time under USD.(United States Dollar)

I accept payment anytime within a 48 hour period. However, if the commissioner informs me ahead of time of the precise date when the exchange of funds will take place; I will gladly hold the commisson slot within a week period. Failure, to pay within the expected time expectancy, will result in the commission slot being canceled and will give the slot the next commissioner on hold. Otherwise, a wait issue will be addressed.

Below is the form you will be filing out for your order. Once I received your form, I will review it and send you an e-mail back for more details about what to do in the next step. When you choose Paypal, an invoice will be sent to that Paypal e-mail address. This process will not take more than an hour upon receving, unless otherwise noted.

This secton only applies if both me and the commissioner happend to be attending the con at the same time. If that's the case, "picking up the badge in person," would be the best option. This can be arranged by either a designated table in Dealer's Room or having the client come into the contact with me through their preferred use of communication.
