ICLS provides two types of placement services for partners. The first type is Self-Placement Services (SP), and the second type is Full Placement Services (FP).

Self Placement Services (SP): You match applicants with host organizations and ICLS provides J-1 Visa sponsorship (including all the paperwork, orientations to the program, and monitoring & evaluation). ICLS has the capacity to accept as many SP applicants as are qualified for the program.

Full Placement Services (FP): You recruit applicants and ICLS provides placements and sponsorship. Please note that ICLS' full placement services are limited, and we only have the capacity to accept 1-2 applicants per moth.
