Returns, Exchanges and Replacements
We realize sometimes things aren't always perfect and sometimes you have to return things. All Returns, Exchanges or Replacements must be returned within 30 days from the date you purchased it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging including the receipt or proof of purchase. If you used the product and it did not meet your needs, you can return the unused portion in exchange for another BENTLEY BARS product. If something is wrong with the product, we will replace it.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Refunds
You will receive a 100% refund for the purchase price for any unopened, unused product., if sent back within the 30 of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
