This may seem long and tedious but it will cut down on a lot of time emailing back and forth. This answers most all of my questions. If you are unsure, please feel free to email me or put a note in the box at the bottom. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are ordering an EMAILED ONLY Portrait, A portrait on PRINT ONLY or MEMORIAL Portrait, or Digital Art, please use the correct form on website.

This is to try my best to keep things from being so confusing. Thank you!

I will try to get close to the color you would like, but for example, you may tell me light blue and there may be 10 shades of light blue, so I will try to get close but I cannot guranteee your specific color. However I will be able to add in several shades of that color to give it texture.

THE BEST PHOTO'S

When selecting a photo for a portrait, look for a clear bright photo. Outdoor photo's do very well. Blurry or cell phone type photo's have a lower pixel and are hard to blow up to work with sufficiently, so detail is limited. Also if your photo doesn't show the true colors of your subject, this will cause a portrait to not be what you are expecting. If the colors are off, PLEASE add a note to the bottom of this form letting me know. And send multiple photos for me to compare to. I want your portrait to be all that it can be. With your help on selecting a photo it will be a crucial step, so please consider all of your options. You may send multiple photos (via computer please, not from a cell phone) to see which would work the best. Thank you for making your portrait all that it can be for a lifetime of wonderful memories. If for some reason I don't think your photo will work well, I will email you for others. To cut down on back and forth asking you, feel free to send several. Sending low resolution/low pixel photos will result in less details of your portrait. Your photo can make a difference. A LARGE CLEAR photo with good lighting is the very best.

I would like to say, I am able to make subtle changes and I expect those small changes to the portrait (so it looks like your pet or whatever we are painting) once I get close to the finished product. So please decide what you would like before ordering. If you are not sure, feel free to email me and let's talk it over. Once portrait is painted and you selected say, a certain color of background or alike and decide on a different color, you may incur more charges for the extra time to change it. I can do subtle changes to the subject or objects but I cannot move an object (for example a toy) once it has been placed and painted in portrait. More time would be involved. I want you to be happy with your portrait for many years but I also cannot spend 72 hours of work on it for $70 or whatever that cost may be for your choice of portrait. please understand my time is valuable as well and so in cases like this, I will have to add a cost for changes made. Refund Policy:

Once ordered, all portraits are non refundable. If portrait has been completed and you are not happy with the proofs (via email) and I just can't satisify your expectations, I will refund half of the price back. I hope we are able to work through it together. I want you to be satisfied with your special memorable portrait and I will do everything in my power to make things right. I will work with you until you are happy to the best of my ability. Thank you for this understanding.

What happens next:

Once you fill out this form and send in a photo along with your payment, then I will began work on your portrait. It can take approximately 24 hours..and depending on what the subject is...up to a week. Pet Portraits are usually 24-48 hours. Human's and misc objects can take a week. If a large project, it can take longer. Once I get to a certain point, I will email you a rough draft. This may contain several background options and/or looks. Then you can select from them.
