• Troop Changes Form

  • A lot can happen in a year. Let us know about the changes in your troop!

  • Troop Listing on Participation Catalog

  • Desired number of girls is the total number of girls you would like to have in your troop. The recommended number of girls is normally 12. 

  • I want to make an opening for the following volunteer positions to show on the Participation Catalog.

  • New customers looking for troops are able to do an advanced search in the system for troops, based on Focus area, Language, and Association with schools or other community organizations.

  • Member Race and Ethnicity

    Having this information is very important to ensure that we are an inclusive organization that mirrors the general population.   If there are members in your troop that have not reported this information, please update their record below.  If you have multiple members to update, please contact Customer Care.

    It is acceptable for a Troop Leader to update the information based on their informed knowledge of the member.  

  • Do you have a member who needs to be transferred to or from a troop?

    Caregivers can transfer members using MyGS.  To be placed into your troop it must be displayed in the participation catalog and have open spots.

  • We have multiple changes and would like to upload a revised or corrected roster.  Troops can pull a Roster from MyGS or from the Volunteer Toolkit.   Files can be sent as pdf, jpg, etc.
