All requests will be evaluated in the order they are received. Any licensed caterer that provides proof of insurance and signs an agreement to abide by the operating conditions at the Gilruth Center can be added to this list as long as all paperwork is signed by both parties and submitted 30 days before the first scheduled catering event.
