In order to begin the professional services required to assist you in evaluating multiple potential Wedding/Vow Renewal options, a Planning/Research fee is required. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Wedding/Vow Renewal services involves much time and is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. Planning/Research includes, but is not limited to: destinations, hotels and venues. Wedding Suppliers may be contacted, transportation coordinated and itineraries drafted. Consultation with clients to go over potential destinations, wedding/vow renewal packages and travel itineraries for guest. Creation of Wedding/Vow Renewal guest reservation page. Should you choose a final wedding/vow renewal destination, for an unspecified future date; at that future date, you may choose to engage the services of Eternal Passion Travel to provide assistance so that you may have as positive an experience as is possible.
Once the client has reviewed and decided whether they are ready to book the wedding/vow renewal destination as is or if they want to request modifications they can do so up to 1 destination/date change.
The Planning/Research fee is earned by Eternal Passion Travel as payment for services rendered, whether or not, you choose to book your wedding/vow renewal, at a future date with Eternal Passion Travel. A Wedding/Vow Renewal fee is generated for every request. The fee is good for 7 days and good for one (1) date or destination change. If wedding/vow renewal request cannot be fulfilled (meaning no quote was sent to requester) the requester will receive a refund. Once planning/research fee has been received your quote will be generated in 48 - 72 hours.
At this signing, the destination, cost and date of wedding/vow renewal are undefined. Wedding/Vow Renewal may or may not be taken at client's discretion. This is not considered in any way a deposit for any future wedding/vow renewal package. I agree to the above terms and conditions and engage Eternal Passion Travel to plan/research potential future wedding/vow renewal options. I agree and understand that Eternal Passion Travel has earned the Planning/Research Fee and the fee paid is non-refundable & non-transferable.
