Your ‘before’ image will be an image of your frontal lips view before you ever used CandyLipz. You can use an old image from your album.

Your ‘after’ image will be an image of your frontal lips view after your lips completely deflate or without plumping for at least 15 hours.

OPTIONAL: ‘before’ and ‘after’ side view images of your lips.

Once you complete your requirements, please send us your address and name associated with your survey to claim your lip plumper!

IMPORTANT: The first 100 survey takers will be qualified for a free plumper.

SECTION 2: CUPPING MARKS
6. When you first started to use CandyLipz, how many days did it take for your cupping marks to disappear?
7. How intense were your cupping marks? From a scale of 1 to 10, 10 is the most intense. Rate the intensity. The color strength include light pink, red, bluish, purplish, to black as most intense.
8.Do you still get bruising after you use the product daily for 30 days or longer?

10. Some users said their enlarged lips last for days. If you have experienced the same effect, how many days do your lips stay enlarged before they completely deflate?
11. According to our clinical trial, the lip volume increases by 36 percent after 60 days of use twice daily. It means after your lips deflate, your base-line lip size may be fuller by 36%. We know all individuals are different. Results may vary from person to person. Are your natural lips fuller after your lips deflate? What is the estimation of the percentage of your enlargement?
