REFUND POLICY: 

No refunds or credits will be issued for scratches done after closing date (2 days before show).  Thank you for your understanding in this as we try our best to continue to provide an outstanding 2-phase series.

 RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

I am aware that riding horses is an athletic event which poses potentially serious risks of injuries.  I understand that I may be injured as a results of my negligence, the negligence of others or through no fault of my own or anyone else due to the activity in which I am engaged.  I hereby hold harmless Apple Tree Farm, its owners and agents, the organizers and volunteers of this event for any injury or death I might sustain as a result of my participation in this event or by being on the grounds.

COVID RELEASE

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

Apple Tree Farm has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that you or your guests will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending Apple Tree Farm events could increase your and your guests risk of contracting COVID-19.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I or my guests may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Apple Tree Farm events and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Apple Tree Farm may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Apple Tree Farm employees, volunteers, and event participants and their families or guests.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself or my guests (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at Apple Tree Farm or participation in Apple Tree Farm events. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Apple Tree Farm, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Apple Tree Farm, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a coronavirus, COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any activity at Apple Tree Farm.
