The ASDP Board meet once a month - alternating Board meetings and Planning meetings. Board meetings are official meetings that happen once every two months for 2 hours - these meetings are minuted and have an agenda. Planning meetings are informal and happen once every two months for 1 hour - these meetings are not minuted and have no agenda but may have action points which come out of them.
