HOW SOON WILL I BE CONTACTED? Our SOZO team consists of ALL VOLUNTEER ministers who are trained in SOZO. Most of the team commits to doing ministry several times a week around our busy personal schedules. We do our best to contact you to schedule a time for your SOZO within a week. If by some chance, you are not contacted or you need to meet sooner, please email our ministry to let us know at sozo2rc@gmail.com. We will always do our best, but cannot always guarantee to arrange your SOZO to fit your timing and personal needs.*

Due to the high volume of requests for a female lead, there is a possibility of a waiting period of 3-6 weeks to be scheduled. To be seen sooner, may we suggest the option of meeting with one of our male leaders? They are well trained and are compassionate, kind, gentle and safe when ministering to women. (For everyone's safety there are cameras in all the rooms we minister in as well as windows in the doors that are open during ministry)*

I ACKNOWLEDGE that team members from the Two Rivers Church SOZO Team have voluntarily agreed to pray for me. I understand that this session is not a professional counseling meeting. I understand that these team members are, to the best of their ability, doing what they can to help me achieve more freedom in my life. I understand that Two Rivers Church is a nonprofit Arizona corporation that makes no charge for its services. I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance of my own initiative and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice or help that I might receive from the team members of this ministry. Our team members offer biblical spiritual services to anyone who desires them regardless of ability to pay. CONFIDENTIALITY:There are limits to confidentiality that are to be adhered to by the SOZO team members. The most common of these exceptions are when there is a real or potential life or death emergency, when the court issues a subpoena, or when a child or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect is involved. If you communicate to a SOZO minister an explicit threat to kill or inflict serious bodily injury upon a reasonably identifiable person, and you have the apparent intent and ability to carry out that threat, Two Rivers Church has the legal duty to take reasonable precautions. These precautions may include disclosing relevant information you have provided, which is essential to protect the rights and safety of yourself and/or others. I understand that if I receive ministry from Two Rivers Church, the team is committed to respect the disclosed information, but not to complete confidentiality. The information, as needed, may be shared with other leaders of the SOZO Ministry team so as to further my total healing process. This may include future meetings with spiritual mentors in the church to set appropriate boundaries for my personal and spiritual growth. NOTE: FOR THE SAFETY OF OF OUR CHILDREN AS WELL AS ALL PERSONS VISITING THE TWO RIVERS CHURCH CAMPUS, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR CONFERENCE ROOMS AND OFFICES HAVE CAMERA'S WITH VIDEO/SOUND CAPABILITY. ACCESS TO RECORDINGS ARE LIMITED TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CHURCH LEADERSHIP AND ARE ONLY VIEWED WHEN AN EXIGENT MATTER EXISTS.
