    Cleaning service at Volvo Cars is a functional service based on quality levels. Hence, cleaning frequencies will differ between rooms, buildings and periods depending on current cleaning needs.

  • General information QR-codes

    To easen the way of fault reporting, QR-codes are used in most buildings. It is decided that QR-codes shall be placed in the following areas:

    Conference rooms, pentry, coffee machines, water machines, sanitary areas, office supplies, office areas and some working stations.

    Please try to scan the QR-code again to be sure your camera was not directed in a wrong angle. If the QR-code still doesen't work, please add a picture of the entire QR-code form and submit.

    You will be notified via email when you have received a letter or parcel (goods handling parcels are exclude and handled as today). All letters and parcels are accompanied by a label with a unique number and in the notification you will find your letter/parcel number. You pick up your letters/parcels in one of the 14 distribution centers available at Torslanda.
