1. Please fill out the following form (max 6 volunteers per form) for all volunteers in your family.

2. You may add a friend if they do not attend SRCC and you wish to work with them.

3. If you need to register more than 6 please submit this form and begin a new one for the remaining volunteers.

4. Childcare is only for children aged 5 and younger. Any children 6 and over MUST go out on project sites with parents.

T-SHIRT INFORMATION

We will be using the same blue shirts as last year. If you have yours and it is still in good condition and you don't need another one you don't have to buy a new one.

If you are joining us for the first time or need a new shirt please indicate so below.

Shirts are $5 each with a maximum of $20 per family.
