Retreats and Seminars Registration Form

Retreats are deep immersions in "The Embodied Life" work lasting 2-5 days, traditionally designed to be residential. Each day starts and ends with meditation. Late evening into early morning, including breakfast, are in silence. Though the schedule can vary, most days will consist of periods of sitting and walking meditation, movement lessons, dialogues and other awareness practices. There are breaks throughout each day allowing time for personal reflection, reading, walks or activities of your choosing.
 
Seminars generally less intensive, meeting from about 10:00-5:00 each day. All elements of "The Embodied Life" are included with less emphasis on meditation and more on movement.

To Register fill in the form below. It will automatically be sent to the office. You have the option to pay your fees with a credit card through the paypal link. You will be prompted to enter an amount. The event you are attending will list the deposit amount or you may pay the full amount due. You may also pay with a check, mailed to the address below. For non US events Russell's German bank account information is below. Once we receive your registration and payment you will receive an email confirmation from the office. Thank you!

Deposit: A deposit is required to save your space. Please note the amount requested on your specific Seminar or Retreat. You will be prompted to enter an amount when you use the Paypal Buy Now button. If you have any questions please contact office@russelldelman.com.

Subsequent payments: Tuition payments are due one month prior to the event. The remainder of your lodging may be paid along with your final tuition payment.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit goes toward lodging expenses. In the event that you need to cancel your participation, you will receive a full refund (minus $25 administrative fee) up to ten days prior to the event start date. After that time your deposit will be subject to cancellation fee’s charged to Delman Associates due to your absence.
