Business Hours:
Mon-Wed: 9a-7p for order submissions and inquiries only. No Deliveries
If you have an order needed Mon-Wed and the order is $200.00 or more, please call (816) 686-6738.
Thurs-Fri: 9a-7p for order submissions, inquiries, and deliveries.
Saturday: 9-1p for order submissions, inquiries, and deliveries.
Sunday: 9a -1p for deliveries only. Order submissions and inquiries will be responded to on Monday.
Ordering Timeframes:
Dates are booked and closed off based on deposits received. The earlier you order, the better (up to 60 days in advance).
- Standard orders must be placed 4 business days (excludes Saturdays after 1pm and all day Sunday) in advance to avoid rush fees.
- Custom (any theme) orders must be placed 7 calendar days in advance.
Rush Fee:
A rush fee will be added to all orders that are accepted, but not placed with proper notice. The rush fee will be disclosed at the time the order is accepted. Immediate payment may be required on rush orders. An additional fee may be added based on complexity.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the total price is required the same day the order is submitted. If you are unable to fulfill the deposit today, please submit your order when you are able to fulfill the deposit. You will be contacted when your order is submitted and advised of the deposit amount.
- An invoice will be emailed to the customer to be paid with a credit or debit card.
- If the customer doesn't have a credit or debit card, other acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Cashapp is NOT accepted.
In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their order, 100% of the deposit will be considered forfeited and is not valid towards another date. Additionally, after the deposit is paid, no changes of any kind, including but not limited to date changes, inclement weather/pandemics, or order details, are permitted.
Remaining Balances:
- All remaining balances must be paid in CASH, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle at the time of delivery. Cash is preferred.
- No other payment methods are accepted for remaining balances.
Late Fee Policy:
More often than not, CCSC has deliveries back to back, so staying on time is critical. It is not guaranteed that CCSC will be able to wait for late customers. A late fee will be incurred if a customer is more than 10 minutes late for their delivery time. If CCSC is able to stay and wait and the customer is 10-30 minutes past their scheduled delivery time, the late fee is $15.00. The late fee will be added to the balance due and must be paid prior to products being released to the customer. CCSC will not wait past 30 minutes. As an alternative and if the products have not been already been resold, they may be picked up at a location and time designated by CCSC.
