Thank you for inquiring about the Meadowlands Fair vendor opportunities. Please fill out the form below and you will receive an email with links to download our exhibitor forms. Vendor space is available for Saturday and Sunday. Food vendors are asked to come Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.

Many opportunities exist for vendors:
Inside Space 2-Days: $20 (Limited Space, first come, first served)
Outdoor 10x10 Space 2-Days (Non-food): $15
Outdoor 10x10 Space with Electricity 2-days (Non-food): $30
Outdoor Food Vendor Space 2-days (Sat/Sun, No charge for Friday night): $75
